Poland

A private estate located in the heart of Poland, on the Łaska Plateau, where the house and winery are surrounded by an approximately 7-hectare vineyard. The light, heat-retaining and water-permeable soil provides the wines with exceptional finesse.
Enormous passion and 30 years of experience in the wine industry, as well as hundreds of visits to vineyards on all continents, allowed the owners to create this unique place.
Beata Janton
A graduate in Biotechnology (Jagiellonian University), Oenology (Universite de Bordeaux), Vineyard and Winery Management (Bordeaux Sciences Agro), holds a WSET certificate (Level 3) and a diploma from the most prestigious culinary school in the world, Le Cordon Bleu in Paris.
Fascinated by wine and cuisine, she creates premium wines, mainly sparkling wines made using the traditional
second fermentation in the bottle method, like ciders and naturally sweet wine from late harvest.
Wymyslow Francuski
The name “Francuski” originated in the 18th century and was given by the Marquis Stanislas Jean de Boufflers, who was the godson of King Stanisław Leszczyński. He was a prominent figure in France.
In 1797, fleeing from the French Revolution, he settled on Polish soil in the Wymysłów farm.
