Our vineyard has followed the rhythm of nature from the very first day. We hold an EU organic farming certificate — but we go even further by applying biodynamic principles that enhance the vitality of our vineyard.

After every nourishing treatment, we enrich the soil with microbiological life, restoring its natural balance. We compost everything we can, and sow cover crops between the rows, which later nourish the soil. Mulching protects the ground — just like in a forest ecosystem.

We use only natural plant protection methods and energy from renewable sources. Our approach goes beyond chemical-free cultivation — it’s a philosophy where every step in production matters for the quality of the final wine.

The result? Healthy vines, biodiversity throughout the vineyard, and soil full of life. Each bottle represents 20 steps of care for nature — from microbial enrichment to renewable energy use. Our wines reflect this unique attention to detail: authentic, premium, and crafted with deep respect for nature’s rhythms.
