In the heart of Worms-Abenheim, in the middle of the “Rheinhessian Tuscany”, the brothers Stefan and Andreas Hemer run our organic winery in the fourth generation.
The warm and sunny climate is ideal for authentic wines with strong character. In addition, our organic farming practices guarantee sustainability and the highest possible quality.

Our venerable winery (main building) is centrally located in Abenheim, while the modern wine cellar with the HemerWein Lounge is located at the entrance to the town (coming from Worms). Only when the location, rock and vine complement each other optimally can unique wines be created that are full of character. The lime-rich loess soils of the Klausenberg create the perfect conditions for smooth and powerful aromas.

Particularly expressive wines are produced on the sunny slopes and lime-rich loess soils of the Ludwigshöhe Rhine front.

Treating the environment with care is one of our most important principles. Only in harmony with nature can we produce unique wine quality with an unmistakable character.
