About the winery

Hideaway Vineyard & Winery is a Danish cool-climate estate where we grow our own grapes and craft wines that reflect the character of our northern terroir. Our focus is on producing precise, balanced wines with freshness, elegance, and a clear sense of place. As a small family-owned vineyard and winery, we take a hands-on approach throughout the entire process—from the vineyard to the bottle. Working exclusively with fruit from our own organically certified vineyards, we farm using regenerative principles that support soil health and biodiversity. In the cellar, we intervene as little as possible, allowing the grapes, the season, and the site to shape each wine.
