Hoffmann & Rathbone is a boutique English wine producer based in Sussex, specialising in vintage sparkling wines of exceptional character and elegance. Working with carefully selected Pinot Noir, Chardonnay and Pinot Meunier, the wines are made using the traditional method and matured for extended periods in the cellar. Production is deliberately limited, with wines released only from vintages considered worthy of the Hoffmann & Rathbone name. This patient, uncompromising approach creates complex, refined sparkling wines that express both the distinctive English terroir and the individuality of each harvest.
