About the winery

With the name AMORELLA KIRSCH, our grandfather, Dr. Hans Mossel, expressed his love—“Amore”—for morello cherries. We, Fritz & Katja Mossel, continue to live by this cherry philosophy. For nearly 80 years, we have used only healthy, fully ripe morello cherries—which we grow ourselves—for our Amorella Kirsch specialties. We currently offer over 30 delicious cherry delicacies. Our focus is on our Amorella Kirsch wines, ranging from dry to sweet and also aged in barrique barrels. This variety is truly unique!
