About the winery

Weingut Robert König is a small family winery in Assmannshausen, Rheingau, run by Philipp König and Karen Møller. Our vineyards are located in some of the region’s steepest and most renowned sites, including Assmannshäuser Höllenberg, Frankenthal and Rüdesheimer Drachenstein. Slate-rich soils, cool-climate conditions and extensive handwork create wines with elegance, freshness and a strong sense of place. Spätburgunder (Pinot Noir) is our passion and accounts for around 90% of our vineyard area. Our focus is on producing authentic wines that reflect their origin, vintage and terroir.
