Winery Description

DOM JANTOŃ is a prestigious 7-hectare estate vineyard located in Wymysłów Francuski [French Wymyslow], a village founded in 1797 by Marquis S.J. de Boufflers. The winery is run by Beata Jantoń, representing the third generation of a family devoted to wine. She is an enologist holding, among others, diplomas from the University of Bordeaux and the renowned culinary school Le Cordon Bleu Paris. Here, Beata creates premium Polish wines – primarily traditional-method sparkling wines, as well as still wines and naturally sweet late-harvest wines – proving that Poland deserves its place on the global wine map.
