About the winery

A one-hectare winery on the steep terraces of the Mosel, shaped by slate soils and intensive manual work. The focus lies on expressing the distinct character of these unique vineyard sites, with a strong emphasis on Riesling and small amounts of Spätburgunder. Low-intervention winemaking and spontaneous fermentation allow each wine to reflect its origin as purely and authentically as possible.
