LaCava

LaCava is a Warsaw-based specialty coffee roastery that has been freshly roasting coffee since 2009, sourcing single origins and crafting its own blends to international SCA standards. It was the first roastery in Poland to earn B Corp certification, meeting high standards of environmental and social responsibility.

Alongside its coffees, LaCava runs a barista and roastery academy and works with hundreds of cafés, restaurants and offices across Poland. As Coffee Partner of the Cool Climate Wine Summit Warsaw 2026, LaCava keeps exhibitors and visitors fuelled with exceptional coffee throughout the event.
