Our great passion is the Riesling and Burgundy wines, our pride are the Great Plants of the Edelacker, which form the top of the range and demand all our skills.

Our new cellar building adapts in a modern way to the historic manor building and offers an optimal climate for winemaking and storage all year round thanks to a green roof and filling. The wine cellar house with the wine press and the mash stirring tanks is slightly elevated in the level of the fermentation cellar, so that pumping processes can be reduced to a minimum. The wines are mainly made in stainless steel tanks.

Special red and white wines, which belong to the specialties of our company, ripen in barrique barrels. A gentle pneumatic grape press, bridled temperature-controlled fermentation, careful beautification and filtration, as well as individual maturity on the yeast influence the different wine qualities.

We maintain a modern development style of our wines. Predominantly dry and with grape variety-typical aromatics, they should offer drinking flow and be fun. This creates the scope for experimentation, innovation and perfection in the continuous search for the Great Wine.
