Boutique Winery
Our Solaris grapes grow on sun-drenched slopes above Malles/Mals in Val Venosta/Vinschgau in South Tyrol at an altitude of 1,150 metres. The unique location with its breathtaking view of the Ortler creates ideal conditions for a perfect microclimate and terroir, which is perfect for our hand-picked grapes.
Our PIWI varieties Sauvignon Gris, Bronner and Muscaris are cultivated in our vineyards in Girlan. These grow on gravelly clay soils with a subsoil of volcanic porphyry rock, which makes our wines aromatic and mineral.
We only produce a very limited amount of our exclusive wine each year to ensure that every drop is unique and of the highest quality.
Certified organic PIWI wines, which are characterised by a higher resistance resistance to fungal diseases.
White wines with complexity, flavour, minerality and complexity.
