Schwarztrauber wines are definitely not "everyone's favorite." They polarize and, as a result, have a large fan base. Our wines are consciously unique, independent, and unadulterated. That is why we have made it our mission to bring our vineyard sites and soils into the bottle as naturally and gently as possible. This is exactly what defines our wines: closeness to nature and the element of time.

Organic viticulture means manual labor, patience, vitality, and careful use of natural resources. On the one hand, it is a philosophy; on the other, it is the pursuit of perfection in wine: a combination of instinct, courage, and trust in nature.
