LINDELY operates one of Denmark's largest and most beautifully located vineyards, with the goal of producing high-quality Danish wine. At LINDELY, we have extensive experience in wine cultivation in Denmark and were among the pioneers when winemaking began to take root in the country.

The vineyard is situated in the scenic surroundings of Kolding Fjord. The location near Kolding Fjord offers near-optimal conditions for growing grapevines in Denmark, as the fjord creates a mild and temperate climate, perfect for the vines all year round.

On the vineyard's 6 hectares, 16,000 vines have been planted, most of which are the Solaris and Rondo varieties.

Solaris is a green grape that fits perfectly with the Danish climate, producing delightful (crisp) and aromatic white wines, and is also used in our unique white Ice Wine—a wonderful, sweet, and fresh dessert wine.

Rondo is a red grape, primarily used to produce the vineyard's award-winning rosé wines, as well as our Danish specialty: red Ice Wine, which is produced exclusively here at LINDELY Vineyard.

In addition to Solaris and Rondo, we are cultivating Pinot Noir vines as an innovative project here in Denmark, with the hope of eventually creating fantastic Danish sparkling wines using the traditional method.
