We are dedicated to crafting natural Nordic Wine made from apple and quince that offers the purest expression of the fruits, free from sulfites and other preservatives.
Founded in Copenhagen in 2023 and inspired by the New Nordic Cuisine Manifesto, Manna aims to pair Nordic Wine with the best Scandinavian dishes.
Manna produces Nordic wine from locally grown fruit, cultivated in the Zealand countryside and vinified just a few miles from the orchards.
Driven by innovation, we are committed to crafting novel products that challenge conventional winemaking practices and push the boundaries of the industry.
We focus on creating exceptional wines specifically designed for food pairing. Through relentless curiosity, dedicated focus, and ongoing experimentation, we believe we have achieved this with our three current cuvées: Carnelian, Topaz, and Zircon.
