The Winninger Sektmanufaktur C. Kloss, also known as Von Canal, is located on the Moselle. Christian Kloss is a descendant of Julius Kloss, who laid the foundation for Rotkäppchen Sekt. Today, the company offers a variety of sparkling beverages, including Sekt, Secco, sparkling wine, as well as Sparkling Tea.

Christian Kloss keeps up with the times by offering Sparkling Teas. These are made almost exclusively from regional ingredients.

In the Sparkling Tea White and Sparkling Tea Rosé, Asian teas are replaced with herbs from the immediate surroundings.

The Sparkling Teas contain no preservatives or chemical additives and have a consciously low sugar content, which is solely derived from the ingredients used. Unique ingredients, such as fermented celery root and blackberry leaves, provide fullness and structure on the palate.
