My name is Wilhelm Süß, an organic vintner in the beautiful Lahn Valley in Rhineland-Palatinate. Since August 2024, with great support from the founder Helge Ehmann, I have had the privilege of continuing the tradition of the winery he established in 1996.

We focus on organic and sustainable farming, striving to work in harmony with nature and create timeless wines. It all began with the acquisition of one of the last terraced vineyards on the Lahn. Today, we cultivate our wines on four plots in Obernhof and Weinähr.

The consistent strengthening of the ecosystem in our vineyards promotes biodiversity and forms the foundation of our commitment to quality.

We cultivate our wines organically, certified according to EU guidelines.

Since 2009, we have been members of the ECOVIN regional association for the Rheingau-Middle Rhine region. For us, organic farming means working with respect for nature and the environment, fostering a self-regulating ecosystem that requires minimal plant protection.
