Weingut Siegloch

On the outskirts of Winnenden lies our winery, which has been run by David and Markus Siegloch since 2014.

Under our motto “Wine Like Us”, we strive to make the origin, vintage, and uniqueness of our wines tangible in taste.

Our wines have a lot to tell – we warmly invite you to listen to them.

From the very beginning, we had a clear vision for our wines. The groundwork is laid in the vineyard; in the cellar, we focus on simply guiding the journey from grapes to finished wine. Using spontaneous fermentation and avoiding fining, we allow the wine to develop naturally, just as it grew in the vineyard.

That’s why we also work with, not against, the natural conditions in the vineyard. Cover crops are allowed to grow a little taller between the rows of vines, and we interfere with the natural growth of the vines as little and as late as possible.

Throughout it all, the factor of time is especially important to us. This applies to the ripening of our grapes as well as the development of our wines. Natural processes set the pace and let us know when the next step should follow.
