The wine manufactory is a small, exclusively organic farm located in the heart of the Middle Moselle. Our personal goal is to produce authentic, terroir-driven wines with as little intervention in the environment and nature as possible.

We focus on old vines in steep slopes, which, with an age beyond forty years, promise the highest quality. The emphasis here is clearly on quality over quantity.

With great attention to detail and respect for tradition and heritage, we preserve our old vines like small treasures. A large part of the vineyard is still cultivated using the old Mosel vine-training method, some of which has been practiced for nearly 80 years. All plots are harvested with the utmost care and exclusively by selective hand-picking in multiple stages. Gentle in further processing, we avoid all chemically or artificially produced additives as well as industrial production methods.

Our credo is, "Produce vintages, not reproduce them." Every vintage is uniquely shaped by abiotic and biotic factors. Our mission is to make these special characteristics and nuances come to life for you. Thus, we always embrace nature to perfectly express the distinct features of each terroir in harmony. In this way, we succeed in creating wines that are typical of both the location and the vintage.
