JET is the young, top winery on Lake Zurich, known for exceptional terroir wines with a distinct signature. Our vineyards in Uetikon and Kloten have a long history and winemaking tradition, which we carry forward with an eye to the future. We work in close partnership with nature, strictly following organic practices. In the vineyards, we are uncompromising in quality, relying on natural processes and our vineyard work in the cellar. JET wines are born in the vineyards. Partnering with nature, individualized vine care, rigorous yield reduction, and strict organic cultivation form the foundation for our uncompromising terroir wines. To achieve this, we work personally in the vineyards year-round, overseeing every aspect ourselves. We aim to improve our soils sustainably and enhance natural biodiversity—for our wines and for the future. Our Bio Suisse certification is just the beginning.

Our work in the wine cellar continues our uncompromising efforts in the vineyard. We accompany the wine, enjoying how it develops, reveals itself, and expresses its aromas. We rely on spontaneous fermentation with wild yeasts, avoid any additives, and bottle our wines naturally, unfiltered. We use aging in barrels carefully and sparingly, to support and highlight these natural processes. With our choices, we positively influence natural processes, creating unique terroir wines.
