Sparkling wine is our passion! We love the fizz, the uplifting sense of joy, and the touch of luxury and uniqueness that surrounds you while enjoying sparkling wine.

Each of our sparkling wines is a unique creation, exceptional with a strong character and its own distinctive style.

Certified organic cultivation, meticulous hand-harvesting, gentle processing of our base wines using the traditional method of bottle fermentation, and at least 15 months of yeast aging are the foundations of our sparkling wine quality.

What sets us apart is the combination of classic Champagne varieties like Chardonnay, Pinot Meunier, and Pinot Noir with regional favorites such as Pinot Blanc, Riesling, Silvaner, Gewürztraminer, and even Siegerrebe.

We farm our vineyards organically, hold organic certification, and produce our electricity from renewable energy sources. Our goal is to preserve the Earth's resources for future generations and maintain a balanced ecosystem.

Creating distinctive sparkling wines in harmony with nature—wines that stand among the greats of the world, authentically reflect us and our region, and stand apart from the rest—is our philosophy.
