With passion, we pursue a fully natural approach in the cultivation of our vines and the processing of our grapes. As a Demeter-certified winery, we completely avoid chemical-synthetic pesticides and fertilizers. Instead, we rely on composted humus to enrich the soil. Diverse green cover between the vines creates a habitat for insects and enhances the soil’s biological activity.

The roots of the plants naturally regulate the vineyard’s water balance, protect against erosion, and retain essential nutrients in the soil. This results in healthier soil, making the vines more resilient and vibrant. The grapes from these vines bring out the terroir’s distinctive flavors in the wine, producing complex, layered wines with a strong sense of place.
